Holy Dormition Monastery will host a weekend in his honor, May 2–4. The schedule includes a number of liturgical services, with Hierarchical Divine Liturgies on Saturday and Sunday, and several talks about Fr. Roman.
The rite was led by His Grace Bishop Nichifor of Botoșani and His Grace Bishop Veniamin of Southern Bessarabia, with a host of clerics. The relics of the great saints were carefully removed from their resting place, cleaned of soil, and reverently placed in new wooden coffins.

On Bright Saturday, April 26, His Eminence Metropolitan Benjamin of Minsk, primate of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, led the consecration of the renovated Holy Dormition Cathedral at the Holy Dormition-Zhirovichi Monastery.
