His Beatitude Metropolitan Jonah (Paffhausen) has been discharged from the Tbilisi hospital where he was being treated for pneumonia.
The decision comes just months after the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Uniates made the same decision.
Taksiur was arrested by the Security Service of Ukraine in March 2022 and charged with treason.
