How many sick people and their relatives entreat God and the saints with faith for healing! But we don’t always see miracles happening to them! Why is that?
With so many things said about love today and people thinking that love is a passive process, I would like to talk about love as a driving force in people’s lives. Living without love is like having a car without the engine.

In the center of the hospital complex there was a magnificent church, and around it there were structures, guest houses/hotels, schools, orphanages, homes for the poor, and the hospital itself. Such a thing had not existed anywhere else. Saint Basil personally supervised the work, gave advice to the builders, and worked himself.
