Orthodox priest described as 'profound religious leader in Colorado Springs' dies at age 60

The Rev. Anthony Karbo, an Orthodox clergyman described by one of his peers as “a profound religious leader in Colorado Springs but one who operated under the radar,” died Tuesday night after being diagnosed with cancer three years ago.

The 60-year-old priest had served as rector of Holy Theophany Orthodox Church for nearly 30 years.
