Would you send this to Fr. Seraphim's, please? I believe he might appreciate. Hi! I just watched Fr. Seraphim where he had a short video of others asking if he's saved. Then he brought up calling no man father. It's much simpler to handle this if you guys would simply get an 1828 Noah Webster Dictionary. It's online, which anything electronic can be altered. But there's plenty of these in a big dictionary. The definitions coincide with the KJV as well as the 1599 Geneva Bible. Point out that a knowledge of the English language is at hand as well as definitions of English words would help others understand the Bible verses they misunderstand. It's so much simpler! He was right, many do not even know where the Bible came from. Old testament, thus scripture has been around a few thousand years, as he said the church existed before the new testament, where getting others to understand this can go a long ways. Which it might be helpful if he points out that many know, you go with the flow to get along. Where William Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is very applicable here, as many will stand hard to defend what they're taught to think because of the need for social acceptance and approval, which is a very powerful drive in so many, Jesus and God get forgotten about, putting precedence on their psychological, emotional drives, which if a person Desiree's true faith, they have to acknowledge these traits that are played on by unscrupulous others. They may not be conscious of the actual need, but in the back of their mind, they know many have this need and they'll subtly tell someone this is our doctrine but doesn't sound like you believe it. Subconsciously, the person thinks, my need for acceptance and approval.is threatened. I can't lose it, I have so many friends...... But, then comes the highlight, is it more important any to be faithful or focus on ones unconscious needs, desires and wants. If you would forward this onto Fr. Seraphim's, I would appreciate it.
