Consecration of Sretensky Monastery's Church of the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church (VIDEO)

May 25, 2017, on the feast of the Ascension of the Lord, His Holiness Patriarch Kirill celebrated the rite of the Great Consecration of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ and the New Martyrs and Confessors of the Russian Church in Sretensky Monastery and led the Divine Liturgy in the newly-consecrated church. Russian president Vladimir V. Putin was present at the Divine service.

Glory be to God!what a lovely and beautiful Church youve built. I love you all! Walk in the light and the lord will make straight your path to righteousness. Draw close to one another in love 22nd forgivness the Lord Almighty is near. The Trinity a brother apolstales, monarchs and Tsar watch closely awaiting for total unity, and through your countries own will out world of peace and love shall prevail. It is the god given goodness and love embedded in all of us that burns inside. Promised from the beginning of time, God never abandons. This centenary year is a time for reconcilation, openess and forgivness of one another. Let us be joyful of whats ahead, walking together. Withlove always!

I love the way you hold your monarchs in such high esteem. I am looking forward to seeing the return of the monarchy in Russia. It is truly the only legitimate form of government, accountable to God.
