The last remaining monuments dedicated to Vladimir Lenin, the great enemy of the Church and the people, on public territory in Ukraine are being dismantled.

On January 21, a monument in the village of Kalcheva in the Odessa Province was toppled, reports Decommunization. Ukraine.

Another was pulled down a few days later in the village of Stari Troyani.

“While we were sleeping, some unknown men tore down the last monument in Ukraine to the red occupier Lenin (except for the occupied territories and museums/factories). He was hiding from the keen eye of decommunization in the village of Stari Troyani, Izmailov District, Odessa Province,” reports Ukrainian activist Sergei Sternenko.

And on Saturday, Decommunization.Ukraine reported: “Probably the last monument to Lenin in Ukraine (with the exception of factories, sanatoriums, and the occupied territories) was dismantled today in the village of Timkiv in the Khmelnitsy Province.”

In May 2018, it was reported that a monument to Lenin was replaced with one to St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in the Odessa Province.
