His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem and the heads of other churches represented in the Holy Land issued a statement on Sunday condemning the recent violence in Jerusalem.

The violence poses a threat to all worshipers, and to Palestinians, “who are subject to eviction,” the statement reads. The current situation threatens to further destabilize “the already fragile reality in and around Jerusalem.”

Read the statement below:

Unfortunately, violence has continued in the Holy City since the ecclesiastical statement was issued, largely focused in and around the Temple Mount, leaving hundreds injured.

So why do the jews act like nazis and why is the Holy City drowning in vitriol again... You could say this place should be the most peaceful on earth, the modern example of coexistence of abrahamic religions. But it's almost like it has been cursed with unceasing violence for most of its history.

Sadly the Palestinians and Christians will continue to suffer while the enemies of God rule over the Holy Land.
