Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law yesterday the total ban on LGBT, pedophilia, and sex change propaganda that was passed by the State Duma and the Federation Council last month.
Propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations to minors has been illegal in Russia since the relevant amendment to the Child Protection Law was adopted in 2013. Now the ban is extended to all propaganda, regardless of the audience.
The newly signed law also outlaws pro-pedophilia and sex-change propaganda, reports the State Duma.
For violating the ban on propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations or preferences:

citizens face a fine of 50-400,000 rubles ($795-$6,360)

public officials: 100-800,000 rubles ($1,590-$12,715)

legal entities: 800,000-5 million rubles ($12,715-$79,410) or the suspension of activity up to 90 days
For violating the ban on propaganda of pedophilia:

citizens: 200-800,000 rubles ($3,175-$12,715)

public officials: 400,000-2 million rubles ($6,360-$31,765)

legal entities: 1-10 million rubles ($15,880-$158,820) or the suspension of activity up to 90 days
For the dissemination among minors of information demonstrating non-traditional sexual relations or that is capable of causing them to want to change their gender:

citizens: 50-200,000 rubles ($795-$3,175)

public officials: 100-400,000 rubles ($1,590-$6,360)

legal entities: 800,000-4 million rubles ($12,715-$63,530) or the suspension of activity up to 90 days
