As a zealous bishop of God, a talented spiritual writer and an outstanding preacher, he did much to raise the educational level of pastors and the moral enlightenment of his contemporaries, becoming a true collector of “treasures of spiritual wisdom.”
All those present had the opportunity to venerate his holy relics.
On the same day, the Holy Hierarch was also celebrated in the Annunciation Cathedral in Voronezh. The Liturgy was celebrated by 11 hierarchs and a host of local and visiting clergy.
