Funeral of Christians killed in Ma'loula takes place in Damascus

Damascus, September 13, 2013

In the Cathedral of the Holy Apostle Peter of the Roman Catholic Church (Az-Zeitoun Church), the funeral for three victims of execution from the Monasteries of Ma'loula by the armed "opposition" groups took place. Christians of different denominations took part in the joint prayer. Eyewitnesses of the events told Syrian television about the level of destruction of churches in Ma'loula, caused by the "opposition" fighters, reports SyriaTVChannels.
