Exhibition on Royal Martyrs to open in South Africa

On July 17, the day of the memory of the holy Royal Martyrs and the 100th anniversary of their martyrdom, an exhibition entitled “The Last Romanovs” will open in the parish center of the Church of Sergius of Radonezh in Johannesburg, South Africa, reports pravoslavie.ru.

The exhibition will present archival photographs of the last royal family of Russia, revealing the beauty of the personal relationships and Christian love that reigned in the family of the Royal Martyrs Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra.

    

The photo exhibition was prepared by the parish of St. Sergius of Radonezh with the support of Pravoslavie.ru and representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo, the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation.

The exhibition can be found at the Church of St. Sergius at Midrand, Noordwyk, Cnr. of Wattle & 8th Str.

As previously reported, a similar exhibition, entitled “The Family of the Last Russian Emperor. The Romanovs: Imperial Service,” will run in the Viktoria Park Market shopping center in Auckland New Zealand from July 14 to 21.
