I decided to go to Russia to do some research by myself, because everybody in the West was getting more and more aggressive and negative towards Russia.

We no longer have a moral compass. Before, Christianity provided this role, keeping us united over centuries. Now we can no longer distinguish between good and evil, and ultimately this is what this struggle comes down to.
It is far from unlikely that “secular” will in the future just mean “satanic”. The modern world is every bit as spiritual as the old one—and the struggle between good and evil is far from over.
