The persecution of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church continues throughout the country, with stolen churches and illegal bans being declared on the Church.

On July 8, deputies of the Zolochiv District another of the western Lvov Province voted to completely ban Orthodoxy, reports zolochiv.net.

“The Kremlin’s agents have no place in our district! Glory to Ukraine,” the Council’s decision read.

The Church was earlier banned in both the Lvov District and city, and in other localities throughout the country. The Church has repeatedly explained that such bans, in fact, have no legal force.

Theomachists! You cannot ban God, other than from your own blackened hearts... repent, before the hour is come!
