On Tuesday, October 3, the Dumitru Stăniloae Department of Theology at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iași, Romania, celebrated the official opening of its new branch at the State University of Moldova in Chișinău.

The event was attended by His Grace Bishop Veniamin of South Bessarabia of the Romanian Orthodox Church and various representatives of both universities, reports the Metropolis of Bessarabia.
