Another Baptism was celebrated in the waters of the Indian Ocean in Mauritius over the weekend.

On Sunday, October 25, the feast of the Fathers of the Seventh Ecumenical Council, Fr. The newly illumined were prepared through a catechism course led by Fr. Dmitry. In Baptism, they received the names Sophrony, Ioann, David, and Lyubov.

Several Baptisms have been celebrated in Mauritius this year, including six people on the feast of Theophany in January.

The Church of the Transfiguration was consecrated the day before by the Patriarchal Exarch Metropolitan Konstantin of Cairo.
