The West, unlike Russia, has failed to care for Ukrainians, apostolic nuncio in Ukraine Archbishop Claudio Gugerotti believes.

"Ukraine, which certainly was in the sphere of Russian influence, under pressure from the West decided to turn to Europe and the USA. There was the Maidan, which in fact was a separation from Russia with all its economic consequences (...) The West did not take Russia's place; it does not care about improving the conditions of local people's lives," he said in his interview with the Vatican Radio.

"Thus, Ukraine failed on all fronts," the nuncio believes.

Gugerotti thinks that Ukraine "aggravated the difficulties in the relations with the USA, Europe and Russia."

According to him, "a war among the poor" threatens the country as the Ukrainian population grows poorer.

Well d'ya think. Who would have guessed. This is not news. The West esp. USA and GBR have been engaging in this kind of destruction of other nations for centuries. Do a search on Putin puts the fear of God in the NWO on youtube - provides a very good 10 minute summary of just how much destruction the USA has caused around the world since the end of WW2. Problem is they can't accept that the world is multipolar and most nations do not want their perversions and culture of death foisted upon us as is evidenced in Pres. Putin's defence of Russia and traditional values. The USA and NATO puppets won't accept it hence the build up to WW3 on Russia's western borders.
