Patriarch Irenei of Serbia blessed his flock to ring the bells of every church in Serbia on Thursday, July 22, in connection with the decision by the International Court to recognize the independence of Kosovo.
Also, after the bell ringing in all cathedral and local churches, he blessed the serving of molebens for the successful resolution of the status of Kosovo and Metochia.
In the communication published on the website of the Serbian Orthodox Church, the Patriarch called the hierarchs of the Serbian Orthodox Church to call all the “clergy and faithful people” to gather in the churches.
