A joyous event occurred in Albania recently, as 12 children were baptized into Christ in a village near Berat.
According to the report by Fr. Elias Makos, published by Romfea, “Their faces shone like the sun, and their hearts became white, like the light, and their spirit shone.”
“They came out of the Baptismal water regenerated and showed it, holding white candles in their hands,” Fr. Elias writes.
The children themselves chose to be baptized and underwent catechism before being united to Christ in His holy Church. They are “willing to bear the consequences of saying and shouting that they believe in Him and love Him,” reads the report.
11 boys were baptized in the Durrës Sea in Albania in July.
