Through the efforts of Filipino seminarians studying at the St. Petersburg Theological Academy in Russia, the text of the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom has been published in the Filipino Cebuano language.

The Center also published the Hours and Typika in the Filipino Waray language last year. The St. Matrona parish has also been involved in distributing food to poor families throughout the pandemic.

According to the report, Cebuano is the second most widely spoken language in the Philippines, spoken by nearly 30 million people, or about 30% of the population. It is mainly spoken on the southern islands.
