The draft of the document is to be sent out to the dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church for comment and opinion and is to be published for discussion on the official website of the Inter-Council Presence, the Bogoslov.ru portal, and in the Inter-Council Presence’s official blog.
So far the document has not been translated into English, but Patriarchia.ru is inviting all to leave comments on the post of the Russian version.
The draft of the document was prepared by the Inter-Council Presence’s Commission on Church Law according to the results of the Church discussion of 2013, and then was finalized by the Editorial Commission of the Inter-Council Presence, headed by the patriarch.
Comments on the draft document will be collected by the Apparatus of the Inter-Council Presence until October 1, 2015.
