Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church held its 2015 Christmas Vigil service, starting on Christmas Eve until early Christmas morning.

Anchorage is home to the only Greek Orthodox Church in Alaska, and has a diverse group of members. We spoke to Anchorage resident Maria Baskous of Sparta, Greece, Anchorage resident Ramzi Abuamsha of Bethlehem, Palestine, and Father Vasilli Hillhouse.
